Albert Einstein

Albert Einstein is one of the most famous scientists of the 20th century.
Einstein was born on March 14, 1879 in Ulm, Germany around 11:30 am.
Winner of the 1921 Nobel Peace Prize for his work on the
photoelectric effect,
Albert Einstein was best known for his Theory of Relativity and
especially the formula E=MC2.

The photoelectric effect is also known as the Hertz effect, though this term has fallen out of use. The photoelectric effect is when electromagnetic radiation is exposed to a metallic surface and photons are absorbed and current is produced. In 1915, Robert Andrews Millikan showed through his experiments that Einstein was correct.
In 1905, Albert Einstein wrote a paper entitled, "On the Electrodynamics of Moving Bodies" that lay out his special theory of relativity. The Theory of Relativity included time, distance, energy and mass and included electromagnetism, excluding gravity.
For his time, Albert Einstein was a social activist, giving speeches promoting pacifism and liberalism. In a sad irony, Einstein's theories were later used for military applications to produce both atomic and hydrogen bombs. One of Albert Einstein's most famous quotes is "I know not with what weapons World War III will be fought, but World War IV will be fought with sticks and stones." Albert Einstein died April 18, 1955 in Princeton, New Jersey.
Rumor Has It …
Rumor has it that Albert Einstein had a half-brother Fred who liked to wear women's clothes and call himself Angie and the speakeasies of the Roaring 20's. Fred also lost his front teeth in a bizarre accident involving a flying duck, then joined the circus as both a fire-eater and elephant poop evacuator.
There are many rumors surrounding Albert Einstein as well such as he preferred to walk like a duck in order to try to cure a case of walking pigeon-toed as he did since he was a child. Another rumor is that Albert liked to talk in Pig-Latin with his meetings with the Pope. And, a third unsubstantiated rumor, that is totally innuendo and most likely false is that Albert Einstein had a fascination with a like to spank ponies.
